Layout & conceptualize an in-ground swimming pool, landscape & relocation options for the existing stone & fire pit feature for the owners property that meets the following specifications determined by Brian in August 2022:
1. 20’ X 40‘ pool footprint situated in the backyard with a 30’ X 60‘ cement footprint
2. Diving board, slide & sloped 8’ to 3.5‘ depth transition
